ALL ABOUT US

A novel way to learn about your health through a hormonal lens

Produced by FemaleGP, this learning resource project is driven by the expertise of a female GP, with a focus that extends beyond gender specificity.

The course is designed to empower individuals in understanding the potential hormonal links to their symptoms. Dr. Samantha Newman, a GP who founded FemaleGP, a women's health clinic in 2016, aims to enhance access to care. As demand for her practice has grown, Dr. Sam feels a responsibility to extend support to all individuals through a hormonal lens, sharing insights gained from daily patient interactions.

The healthcare provided by FemaleGP centers on education, communication, and shared decision-making. However, the current medical system's time constraints often hinder in-depth exploration. Through the All About Us initiative, Dr. Sam hopes individuals can acquire knowledge to facilitate smoother interactions with healthcare professionals. Additionally, she aims to alleviate the challenges faced by her colleagues due to limited time.
