Why MHT matters (and how it might be helpful for you)

Why MHT matters (and how it might be helpful for you)

Why MHT is worth knowing about

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you’re not yourself, you’re not alone.

Some of the most commonly overlooked symptoms of perimenopause and menopause are:

〰️ Anxiety

〰️ Brain fog

〰️ Low mood

〰️ Feeling flat or disconnected

Many people are told it's just stress, ageing, or that they need to “push through”. But the reality is, these symptoms are often linked to hormone changes, and they can be improved.

Why everyone deserves to know about MHT

Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT) isn’t for everyone. And that’s okay. But I believe everyone deserves to understand what it is and what it could do for them.

Right now, not enough people are being offered this support. In the UK, only around 14% of women use MHT, even though over 80% experience symptoms. That’s a lot of people suffering in silence, often because they don’t know what options are out there.

What you need to know about MHT

MHT isn't just for hot flushes — it can help with:

◾️ Mood swings and low mood

◾️ Sleep issues

◾️ Irregular or heavy periods

◾️ Low energy and mental clarity

Many doctors do their best, but they might not always be up to date with the full range of MHT’s benefits — and that’s not their fault. That’s where this course comes in. It’s designed to give you the information and confidence to have better conversations with your healthcare team.

It isn't a one-size-fits-all solution. Getting the right type and dose of MHT matters. You might need to adjust things over time and that's completely normal.

What this course will give you

Too many people are given a low dose of MHT that doesn’t work for them, or a type of hormone they don’t tolerate well. This can lead them to think that MHT isn’t for them. But there are options, and there is a learning curve. You just need the right information to help you make it work.

This course will give you:

💡 Clear, practical knowledge - so you can make an informed choice.

⚖️ A balanced view of risks vs. benefits - tailored to your situation.

🔄 Troubleshooting tips - because sometimes it takes a few tweaks to get it right.
