💡 Side Effects & Adjusting Your HRT: What’s Normal, What’s Not — and When to Act

Starting hormone therapy can come with some side effects — and yes, often the first signs are boobs, blues, and bloating. Breast tenderness, a slight mood wobble, a change in how your tummy feels, or even some unexpected bleeding are all common in the first 1–2 months. Most of these settle as your body adjusts.

The key is knowing:
