Why This Course?

Because too many women are told to “wait it out,” “try yoga,” or just accept often debilitating physical and mental symptoms that can derail their lives.

Because side effects are real, and manageable.

Because menopause isn’t just about periods stopping, it’s about the years leading up to that which can come with whole-body change, including to the mind.

Because there’s a gap between the guidelines and real life, and that gap leaves people confused, alone, and sometimes worse off.

Because there's too much misinformation swirling around online, and not enough information in a 15-minute GP consult.

Because outcomes are better when women are empowered, informed and know how to communicate well with their healthcare professionals.

This course is so everyone can get access to the right information and the right hormones...at the right time.

Rewrite Your Hormone Story Today!

My Vision for This Course - And for Women’s Health

I am passionate about educating women and healthcare professionals about the role hormones play in our health, and what options and methods are available to make the hormonal journey better.

I hope long-term that every New Zealand woman can access plain English, evidence-based information about their menstrual cycle, what hormones do, and how this knowledge can lead to earlier, more accurate diagnoses.

This course is the second in my series and builds on Course One: Is It Hormones? by offering practical solutions and deeper understanding around hormone therapy. However it can still be downloaded on its own.

It’s not just another dry course about medication -it’s about inspiring confident, informed action.

It gives women the knowledge they need to engage with their healthcare providers in a way that can save years of trial-and-error and confusion.

Through my work, I’ve seen the stories, I’ve read the data, and I know the NZ guidelines haven’t caught up. But when we combine what we do know with autonomy, evidence, and a pragmatic, person-centred approach, the answers are already here.

It’s time to change the direction of health - together.
